oh I forgot I do put coconut oil and an EFA oil supplement in my smoothie and give myself 2 cheat meals a week still staying with in my calories for the day but having desert or something eles I would not normally have

A few questions...

Hey everyone, I've been doing Josh's workouts for a few months. I don't get on here and post very much but I enjoy reading other peoples posts and learning from what everyone contributes. I have a few questions for you all and I'd love to hear from Josh too but I don't know if he'll still be getting on here anymore. How many calories should I be eating a day if I'm not trying to lose weight just maintain what I have and put on a few pounds of muscle. Day Two Hundred and Seven

Finally caught up with this. I'm so tired. Joanna started her radiation and chemo yesterday.

Breakfast mush
1 banana

2L water
1 cup beef stew
1L redbull
175 appleberry sauce

Went to Soho to get haberdashery things. I hate London, it's impossible to get everything you need in one place. ugh.

Not getting to bed early enough. So tired.

Breakfast mush
2L water
1 apple

1L redbull
1cup beef stew
175g appleberry sauce

Protein bar

2L water

Cleaned and vaccuumed dust and dog hair
Did more sewing related stuff.
Chicken tikka masala for dinner

140g appleberry sauce

1 protein bar

2L water
1L redbull

Dinner was homemade,extra lean burgers with left over squash

Stayed home and cut out fabric pieces for a project this weekend.

1 pack blackberry infused dehydrated apple

1 cup beef stew
175g appleberry sauce

1 protein bar
1/2 thing of coconut water. It was gross.

4L water

Dance class to NIN, snatches and a really good 2mile barefoot run

Dinner was squash and protein shake (??)
